Preparation
What to bring
- Water Bottle: A labeled refillable water bottle (hydrated performers are happy performers).
What to wear
Comfortable, flexible clothing that allows full freedom of movement—such as leggings, trackpants, shorts, or a plain t-shirt. (Please avoid skirts without bike shorts underneath, dresses, or restrictive denim).
